Modeluo is a B2B SaaS platform that provides AI-powered interactive 3D property tours, virtual walkthroughs, conversational AI assistants (text and voice), and lead engagement tools designed for real estate developers, brokers, and property marketing teams.

Modeluo does not sell real estate, provide legal advice, financial advice, or act as a broker or agent.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Modeluo.
• If you are using Modeluo on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Modeluo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the platform without written permission
• Use the AI assistant to provide misleading, illegal, or deceptive information
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or breach the platform's security
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

Modeluo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Modeluo uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, explanations, and guided walkthroughs.

You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are informational only
• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
• AI responses do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice
• Users and clients are responsible for verifying all information independently.

5. Property Information Disclaimer

All property details, visuals, layouts, pricing, amenities, timelines, and payment plans shown through Modeluo are provided by third parties (developers, brokers, or clients).

Modeluo:

• Does not guarantee accuracy or completeness
• Is not responsible for discrepancies between virtual content and final delivered properties
• Does not participate in transactions or contracts

6. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, UI designs, branding, and platform technology belong to Modeluo or its licensors.

Clients retain ownership of:

• Their property content
• Uploaded media
• Project-specific data

You may not use Modeluo's intellectual property without written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Modeluo may integrate with third-party tools such as:

• Cloud hosting providers
• AI and speech processing services
• Analytics platforms
• CRM systems

Modeluo is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Availability and Modifications
